1 General Terms & Conditions

Accounts created with false information will be terminated without prior notice and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Using the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory. kj99 will not be responsible for deposits made with an incorrect reference. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply when withdrawing funds from kj99:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus is in use.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. In special circumstances or where additional verification is required, this timeframe may be extended. kj99 reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal requests pending further review.

5 Betting Rules & Results

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on kj99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before any odds change will remain valid.
• Kj99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error.
• Live betting results are determined based on kj99's official data sources.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting outcomes, kj99's decision shall be considered final. However, members may raise objections through the support team, and kj99 will review each case fairly.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kj99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of all bonuses:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered between 5x and 30x.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once at the time of registration.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting markets.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Claiming the same promotion more than once is strictly prohibited.
• If you withdraw without meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kj99:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using software bots or automated programs to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors in the odds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Coordinating bets with other members (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to access or hack the kj99 system.
• Attempting to mislead or manipulate the support team with false or deceptive information.

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are proven, kj99 will immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Kj99 may suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• No account activity for an extended period (12 months).
• Detection of suspicious transactions.
• At the member's own request.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned, though active bonuses will be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming
